OH MY GOODNESS! I AM SO EXCITED! We are under contract! Our agent called this morning. Literally as I was walking in to take one of my finals. I had to take the call because I knew I would be thinking about the voicemail sitting in my inbox instead of concentrating on my exam. So the sellers countered again but they finally went down a little bit. Thank God. Nathan (that's my DH) and I said we wouldn't go over a certain price and the counter was 500 under what we didn't want to go over! We close December 31st. I'm so excited. I have to call my Mom.
