Cycle 18? No way!

I logged onto lovely FF today to enter in my info. I entered in the "heavy" flow blah blah blah and then I noticed what cycle I was on. 18. What the heck. I didn't think it had been that long since we started trying.

Tomorrow I go in for another ultrasound and I get to meet with my RE again. We are going to be discussing what medication is going to work best for me.

I'm looking forward to having a plan.

Big 2-7

Its my bday today! I've been wanting to say that all day long. I just started a new job and it wasn't like I was going to say "Hey guess what today is?" to everyone. That would be weird. So to say the least the day was less than exciting. On a high note I came home to find that Nate finished painting the living room and hallway, made the bed, changed the litter box, dusted the living room, went grocery shopping and had beautiful yellow tulips and a sweet card waiting for me. Oh how I love him.

I start walking with a group of ladies this week. I'm excited to get moving. Plus on of the ladies belongs to a group in town called "Stroller Strides". Its a group of mom's that meet various days during the week with their babies and walk all the charity walks and trails throughout the year. My plan is to join once I have a stroller to push of my own.

CD13

Thanks to the fabulous MrsPink, I have an over abundance of opks and hpts. I have been peeing on things like crazy! Because of all of this peeing I discovered today that my CBEFM has been lying to me. I peed on a cheepie opk and was expecting a negative. Its only CD13 and normally I don't O until CD16 or 17. My FM doesn't even have me peeing today. Well..... this showed up.
Yay for a positive opk. And 3 days earlier than expected! Even better!

Another Cycle begins

Is it bad that I want to stop counting what cycle I'm on? I don't want to count anymore. Thats all.

Yesssssss!

We finally closed on our house! After slow underwriters at the bank, a seller hookup and too much stress it finally happened:) I feel like I can breathe again. Because of all of the stress I still haven't O'ed and its CD25. What the heck. Nathan and I have been loving all the sexy time though. Its been our stress reliever.

We move in on Thursday. I'm so excited!

I got nothing

This post is going to be random blabs. I have nothing really specific to talk about. But I feel like blogging...

Baby making: Is it ever going to happen again? I know the first time we were spoiled. Getting KU on the first try. That hardly ever happens but it did for us and so did a miscarriage. Well damn it, that was a long time ago. Isn't it time for us to be pregnant again? I'm saying yes. Yes it is. I'm getting tired of charting, and peeing on things, and stressing out, and waiting to ovulate and waiting to test and over analyzing symptoms that don't mean anything. Its getting old. I feel guilty that I feel this way. I feel like Nathan and I should be enjoying this phase of our lives. But I don't. At all. I want it to be over. I want to be pregnant, picking out nursery stuff and watching Nathan put together baby furniture. Instead I'm waiting to lay an egg.

Christmas: Bittersweet. My parents came to spend a couple days with us before the apartment packing begins. We had a good time. Slept in. Watched movies. The norm. On Friday, my Grandma calls as tells us that my Aunt's FIL had a heart attack and passed away. We were supposed to go to the big family get together today but we cancelled it.

Sad Movie: Okay so I knew Marley&Me was going to be a tear-jerker, but holy cow, seriously. I couldn't take it. I was doing the ugly cry for the last 40 minutes of the movie. All of this crying was taking place while sitting next to Loud Licorice Chewer Guy who felt in necessary to slurp every last drip of soda out of his cup. Rude. Do you really need to do that? When you get the liter of cola, don't you get free refills? Since it was Christmas I decided not to say anything to him. Tis the season and all...

Home Ownership: I'm getting nervous. We close on the 31st. I'm so excited but all I keep thinking about is if the sellers are going to change their mind. I know they can't. But what if there is some loophole that I don't know about. Nathan tells me that I need to relax. I won't be relaxed until I clean the stranger germs out of our house, our things are unpacked and our furniture is arranged. Then I think I'll be able to relax. We'll see.

One Christmas Down, One To Go.

Nathan and I got back from our first round of holiday goodness. It was so relaxing. We left last week and spent five days with his family. We baked, ate, drank and ate some more. I loved it. My parents are coming here on Christmas Eve and leaving sometime Christmas night. We are going to do the normal stuff - eat breakfast, open presents, and then we're going to see Marley and Me.

Baby News: I'm waiting to O. I should be laying an egg sometime this weekend. I hope.

House News: We are still scheduled to close on the 31st. The sellers want to move it up a day but we don't think that the underwriters will have everything done a day early. We'll see. I'm getting so excited. Everything is going as planned
